Entry level, first-shift opportunity to join a local, fast-growing manufacturing Company. We make the toughest manufacturing processes thermally possible!

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Read and carry out detailed work instructions (directions) and drawings
  • Build and assemble components to custom specification
  • Operate electric and mechanic hand tools and equipment
  • Test and troubleshoot components and subcomponents
  • Additional essential responsibilities as assigned

Primary Requirements:

  • Mechanically oriented
  • Ability to use add and subtract measurements; basic math skills required
  • Work reliably with excellent attendance
  • Previous manufacturing experience is helpful but not required
  • Hand/eye coordination and dexterity required
  • Computer literacy is helpful but not required
  • Adhere to safety, cleanliness, and team policies and practices
  • Attentive to details with a desire to produce only the best!

Working Conditions/Environment:

  • Clean, temperature controlled facility
  • 8-10 hour work days; primarily standing and bending with some twisting
  • Use of electrical and mechanical hand tools and equipment
  • Pulling, pushing, lifting up to 50 pounds intermittently required
  • Friendly, results-oriented environment

Hours: Monday-Thursday, 6:00am-4:30pm; Overtime available on Fridays and Saturdays

Location: Mentor, Ohio

Rate: Competitive hourly pay with quarterly bonus potential

Responsibilities:
