Customer Service Manager

We are seeking an energetic Customer Service Manager to plan, implement, direct, coordinate and monitor programs and internal sales efforts. This individual will oversee our Customer Service Department and support our sales initiatives to achieve corporate goals. This position reports to the Director of Sales and Marketing and will oversee our Inside Sales staff. Position responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • • Maintaining customer satisfaction by providing problem-solving resources and appropriate employee relations climate for the sales function
  • • Improving customer service quality results by establishing and communicating service metrics; monitoring and analyzing results; implementing changes as needed
  • • Assuming responsibility for responding to customer complaints or concerns to maintain positive relations with all customers
  • • Assisting customer service staff as necessary and ensuring correct information is entered into the business system
  • • Accomplishing customer service objectives by communicating job expectations to department; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; enforcing policies and procedures
  • • Providing excellent problem solving, analytical, interpersonal and communication skills

    Position requirements:
  • • Minimum 2-year degree required, 4-year degree preferred
  • • Minimum of 5 years industrial products experience in a manufacturing environment
  • • Previous customer service management experience preferred

Technical Marketing Research Analyst

We are seeking a dynamic Technical Marketing Research Analyst to conduct research, develop strategies, help identify new markets, and drive new product initiatives.  This newly created position will provide sales and marketing research and analysis to support all areas of the company for the purpose of strategic planning, competitive intelligence and achieving sales objectives.  The ideal candidate must be a highly motivated self-starter who is organized and detail-oriented.  Requirements include a technical undergraduate degree and at least five years of market research experience with engineered, industrial products.

Inside Customer Service Specialist

We are seeking a charismatic Customer Service Specialist to work in our Inside Sales department.

    Position responsibilities:

• Customer interface, service and support
• Sizing of industrial products to suit customer applications/specifications
• Generating product quotes
• Frequent communication with customers via the telephone and online

    Minimum requirements:
    • Four year college degree or minimum 5 years customer service experience
    • Superior oral and written communication skills
    • Mature, customer-friendly personality
    • Proficiency with computers
    • Detail orientation
    • Strong problem solving, time management and analytical skills

Mechanical Engineer

We are seeking a Mechanical Engineer to work in our products and manufacturing group. 

Position responsibilities:

  • • Design and test fluid heating and cooling equipment.
  • • Maintain and develop engineering models, prints and bills of materials for production.  Work within our MRP system to manage this information.
  • • Drive continuous improvement and cost reductions in our products and processes.
  • • Assist internal departments by providing technical support or tooling as required.
  • • Some limited travel for engineering support, training and/or trade shows.

Minimum requirements:

  • • BS in Mechanical Engineering
  • • Proficiency in SolidWorks or other 3D solid modeling program
  • • Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, FEA, fluid flow and thermodynamics
  • • 5-10 years of engineering experience
  • • Project management experience is a plus

Manual Machinist

We are seeking a dependable machinist to setup and operate manual engine lathe and mill machines. CNC experience is a plus.  Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. 4/10 hour days are available.

We are seeking a dependable assembler who will be taught to interpret orders, fabricate, assemble and test electrical heaters for shipment. Factory experience is helpful and must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. 4/10 hour days are available.

Materials of construction: fluoropolymer, titanium, quartz and stainless steel. Certifications: UL listed to U.S. and Canadian safety requirements, and CE. 

Process Technology high purity products are manufactured in an ISO5 (class 100) cleanroom and include: UPDI water heaters, inline fluoropolymer and quartz chemical heaters, solvent heaters and nitrogen heaters. Semi S2/S3 and CE compliant; ETL/UL certified.
